Creating a new home or remodeling project with Stan Humphrey Construction is a unique experience.  With over twenty five years experience as a home builder, Stan uses his expertise and experience to personally help design and construct the perfect home for his clients.

You may have a plan or an idea that you have been working on or you may still be looking for that perfect blueprint.  Either way, we have the resources to help.  We have many popular plans that can be tailored to suit our clients needs.  We also work with a draftsman to create new home plans or build off existing ones.

Stan personally works with his clients from the very initial stage to the completion of your home and beyond.  Many of his clients have become his closest friends.  Keeping in touch with past clients is something that is important to Stan and something that his clients appreciate.

There are many decisions to be made when building a new home or remodeling.  Sometimes these decisions can be overwhelming.  We have designed a system to make this process enjoyable for you.  After a plan is chosen, we provide our clients with a construction schedule so that they can easily follow along and understand the construction process.  You will know the order in which your home or remodel project will be carried out.  You will know who is performing what tasks when.  You will also know when certain decisions need to be made.

We work with the most reliable and professional companies in the home building industry and we have developed great relationships with the people we work with.  You will be given a worksheet with the contact information and the names of the people you will be meeting with.  This worksheet will give you the time frames in which to meet with these people in order to make selections for your home.  We are a custom home builder and the variety of materials you can place in your home are endless.  Our salespeople are incredibly talented at helping you make that perfect selection for your home.

We have a decorator that many of clients choose to use throughout the construction process.  You may find that using a decorator makes the selection process more comfortable, however our salespeople can certainly provide assistance if you choose not to.  Either way, you are never alone in the selection process. 

Communication is the most important aspect in building a new home or remodeling.  Daily interaction between Stan and his clients helps ensure that everyone is always on the same page.  Stan is always eager to talk with clients. Whether it’s face to face out on the job site or a friendly phone call, the lines of communication are always open.  You will be communicating directly with Stan throughout the construction of your new home or remodeling project.  He prides himself on detail and professionalism and is truly a “hands on” type builder.

Our service and attention is not gone after the construction process.  After a project is completed, there may be a small punch list of items that need to be addressed such as drywall pops or other small cosmetic blemishes that every new home experiences.  Stan personally meets with all his clients after they have enjoyed there new home for while, so that he can go over any punch list items and help create a schedule to quickly address them.  You will have all the contact information for our suppliers and workers should you ever need to contact them for any reason.
